Salt Pier
Using dead reckoning navigation at Salt Pier is a piece of cake for me during the day. But at night... I always loose track of the count and forget exactly where I am. Not really a problem as you really cannot get lost. Funny story from our first trip to Bonaire.... Coming out of a dive my then 12 year old son (now almost 21) says... "boy we sure are lucky"! I was proud that he realized that not everyone gets to Scuba at all much less on Bonaire.. when I commented on that he said... "no Dad...... -

We have just received some exciting news from the Immigration Office concerning visitation and residency for American Passport Holders: The Immigration Office of the RCN has informed us that USA passport holders willnow be afforded the same visitation and residency right as Dutch passportholders who are NOT originally from the Antilles.
