I understand the requirement when travelling from the US to Bonaire as either:
    1. A NAAT (PCR) test within 24 hours of flight departure (meaning also getting the negative results before checking in for the flight)

    OR
2 A NAAT (PCR) Test within 72 hours of flight departure to Bonaire with the negative result documentation available at flight check-in, AND a rapid antigen test upon arrival at the BON airport.
    Correct?

Almost....the PCR test is done 72 hours "prior to arrival" on Bonaire.

The exact quote from the Bonaire government is:

The results of these tests are accepted on Bonaire:
    1. A negative NAAT (PCR) test result, taken within 24 hours before departure
    or
    2. A negative NAAT (PCR) test result, taken within 72 hours before arrival on Bonaire and an Antigen test immediately upon arrival.
