    Default Night snorkel

We did a night snorkel with Renee on Sunday night. It was my first, but not my hubby's first. It was amazing! We went in around town pier I think.

I have never seen so many eels during one snorkel - so many different types as well! I loved it! Saw a parrotfish sleeping in its "cocoon" that was very weird but fascinating. Saw a blue tang in his striped jammies, and an octopus, a sea star, a queens helmet, and so many other things.

it was a blast, and I highly recommend it! :snorkle:

Outstanding!!!!! I think a lot of divers forget the incredible things you can see snorkeling as well. We used to love to snorkel down at the old Dive Inn, going in at Cha Cha and heading north, up along the rocks. Then we would enter underneath the pier where the fruit boats come in from Venezuela. That pier was amazing. We always saw squid too. And always a lot of barracuda.

Also fron Bonaire Oceanfront Apts, going North is great at night. One night saw 12 eels.
