    Default Good Italian food ?

Wonder if anyone can suggest some good Italian places for dinner - reasonably priced, decent service (not waiting hours!)? We are staying @ Harbour Village.

    Thanks !

Capriccio's is our favorite for italian food. All homemade and Lola and her husband are delightful. Their new location should be opening up soon.

Second that. Capriccio's is outstanding. Excellent wine list as well.

Definitely Cappriccios. She is moving to a new location. I believe they are closing the old one around 9/18 and then reopening a month later.

Might also try Pasa Bon Pizza. They have more than just pizza, good food reasonably priced ... and within walking distance of Harbour Village.

Though there was a recent negative thread about it, I really enjoyed La Barca--excellent food, good service, beautiful ambiance, and reasonable prices.

DD..Take it from an Italian American who has been all over Italy and who fortunately has an Italian wife who loves to cook.
Capriccios would be the number # 1 place for Italian cuisine on Bonaire IMHO.
Stick with the pastas and you can't go wrong.

    Hi.

You can do a lot worse than Cappricio's which is located next to City Cafe. Italian owners (always a plus) with homemade pasta & bread & one of the best wine cellars on the island. You can eat outside or indoors in an air conditioned restaurants. I have eaten there many times & never had a bad meal.

    Enjoy!

Capriccio's is nice but the last time we sat outside, we were chokeing on exhaust fumes from all the live parking for the takeout burger and Icecream place next door. The cars on Bonaire aren't held to the same emission standards as the states. Sit inside!
