Sorry - I can't find this in the FAQs.

Is there still an exit tax or is it included in the airline tickets (Continental/United)?

It's included in the airline ticket as a $35 tax coded "PC".

Thanks. I forgot to get the ticket with the coded details and couldn't remember from last year.

if I am flying AA to CUR and then Divi Divi to bon and back. Is the exit tax included on the divi divi flight? and is there an exit tax on the CUr flight as well?

In Curacao, you just pay an in-transit tax of $2 I think...

Your Divi ticket will include the Bonaire departure tax to Curacao (all airlines include the departure tax now, no matter where you're flying to). In Curacao you will pay a $2 transit tax at the tax window just before you enter the security/screening area (you'll show them your Divi ticket to prove you're in transit); the Curacao departure tax is already included in your AA ticket.
