I want to take my wife to bonaire, I have been there 2 times and love it, We want to rent a place where we can cook some of our own meals and a place that a dive shop will deliver tanks. I am on a limited budget too, any thoughts? I so can't wait to go back. My wife also needs to do her open water to get her card. Thanks for the help, Dave.

Dave welcome to BT. My recommendation would be Eden Beach. Kitchens in the room, great dive shp (Wanna Dive), on the ocean and fairly resonable.

Last Septemer we stayed at Capt. Don's Habitat for the many-eth time--this time in a 1 br bungalow right behind the dive shop. We loved it. It has cooking facilities and is 50 feet to tanks, but a little further to parking. I think the dive package was about $770. for both of us and included 6 boat dives, etc. There are only 2 of these rooms, the second is a little behind the first. We would fer shure do it again!!

Dave: Look at Beachcomber Villas (http://www.vrbo.com/350432 and http://www.bonairebeachcombervillas.com/). Reasonably priced, excellent kitchen (and bbq), dive shop (Dive Friends) almost next door, pool in back, excellent diving and snorkeling out front ("cliff") and best of all, the terrific owners/hosts! Read the reviews! We heading back in June/July and can't wait.
