Have your butcher butterfly (remove the bone and tie it up)

This is just toooooooooooo easy.

You will need a rotisary for this.

Put the lamb on the grill.

Mix together.
1/2 cup of olive oil.
3-4 chopped garlic cloves.
Juice from a lemon
4 tbs of oregano.


Start the grill, base the meat.

Base every 15 min's.

Meat is done when temp is 160.

Remove from grill, cover and let rest 5 min's.

Costco, of all places, sells outstanding deboned leg-of-lamb, imported from New Zealand. Their rack of lamb is also extraordinary.

Add some potatoes in Jerry's recipe, and you could change your middle name to "Opa"!
