How would you recommend spending our full day off from diving before we fly home the next morning? I was thinking about doing a mangrove tour/cave snorkel. Any recommendations?

Both are a great way to spend a day out of the ocean. I would vote for the cave snorkeling if it were me (my wife votes for the mangrove tour).

You might also consider a drive through Washington park and start to plan your dives for your next trip to Bonaire. The sites in the park are great when the wind it right.

Well, we do a farewell dawn dive. Then cry through our farewell breakfast!
Then, we clean gear, go to Michaels (Chat'N Browse) to get gifts for the folks we left at home, and spend the rest of the morning crying into our Amstel(s)!
Farewell lunch (Dutch croquetts(sp)), spend the rest of the afternoon crying into our rum(s).
Farewell Pizza next door at Dons H, looking over the ocean, and by this time sobbing!
Spend the evening, talking about how great Bonaire is, over Margueritas, and planning our eminent return.
Joking aside........wait, who's joking!!

Nicole, if you like boating think about renting a boat for the afternoon. On my last trip we rented a 19 foot power boat from Bonaire Boats at the Plaza and tooled up and down the coast and then headed to Klein, grabbed a mooring and snorkeled. We brought drinks and munchies. It was a FABULOUS afternoon...

Brenda, we do our farewell lunch at The Windsurf Place:-)

If you are a biker, rent a Harley from Orlando and Ana at Bonaire Motorcycle Shop and tour the island with the wind in your face:-{)}
