Applying for residency

Hi all,

My husband and I are planning to move to Bonaire from the US this fall and we are in the process of buying a house. I am trying to find someone who can help with the paperwork for residency. I have seen Agnes Joonsten's name come up in several feeds. I have tried to contact her via email several times with no response. Does anyone have a better way to reach her or someone else to recommend? Thank you in advance!
