From next Monday, tourists from the US, Canada, Aruba and Sint Maarten can fly to Bonaire via Curaçao. Therefore, they must submit a negative PCR test.

Does that mean if you come from the US via Curacao with a negative PCR test you wouldn't need to quarantine?

My understanding is that as a NJ resident I can fly to Curaçao with a current negative COVID test and a health form I have to fill out online in advance, submit and also carry a printed copy of it. I can then immediately travel to Bonaire, again after completing another health form for Bonaire in advance, also available online. The first non-stop flight I could find to Curaçao was on November 7th, I also found a DiviDivi flight later that afternoon to Boniare. We are booked to travel. Hopefully we will get to Bonaire on November 7th.
