Just go to the AA website start with flights from July 24th on. Correct on Bonaire being closed but that does not change the fact they are taking booking AA starting July 24th on. United is starting the 17th.

On April 2 I booked United, San Francisco to Bonaire (via Newark) for $210 round trip, Not a typo. Two hundred and ten dollars. (plus fees total $297)
Also, United had flights from Newark and Houston round trip for $100 + fees.
