Sorry, can't help you with a rental on Bonaire, but am impressed by the fact that you have visited Bonaire since 1966.
I used to be proud on my 1977 date :-)
Were you not the discoverer of the Bonaire Banded Box Jellyfish?

I'm sure you'll get lots of good recommendations. Here's one you may not have heard of, since it is newly built.

Coco Loco in Belnem is air conditioned, has a pool, is near Bachelors beach and is small and private. You can also check VRBO/HomeAway, AirBnB, and other rental sites.

Hi Smits,
Yes I am the jellyfish, BBBJ or its scientific name Tamoya ohboya, discoverer. It took 11 years to prove even with help on the genetics from the Smithsonian.
We have IDed and do research on 4 species of box jelly on Bonaire now.
Nice to meet you again. I hope to return again this summer with Ned and Anna in June and then host the Jellyfish Jamboree again this summer. Join us.
ps. I am still looking for a summer rental for June and July if you hear of one.
