Pod of Whales

On Monday, May 9, 2016 at approximately 2:00pm during our surface interval onshore we saw a pod of approximately 12 whales passing just North of White Slave. They looked like pilot whales as we have seen pods of these in Hawaii. They were definitively not dolphins based on their size, color and slow moving surfacing as they came up for air. They were about 200 feet offshore when we first spotted them, but then they gradually moved further out as they headed towards kite surfers near Margate Bay. Did anyone else see them?
