Default Returning Jan - last trip 2012 - Questions

Okay, so we are returning in a couple weeks and our last trip was 2012. We have some restaurant questions/changes since 2012

Are the following restaurants still open and have there been any big changes since 2012

    Pasa Bon
    Bobbi Jans
    La Guerinca
    Kon Tiki
    Donna & Georgios
    Mona Lisa

Is Bobbi Jans still only open on the weekends?

Any buffet nite recommendations and when is Capt Don's? I recall they had a bbq buffet nite

    Thanks. TK

As of last winter Kon Tiki was no longer there. Lac Baai took it over. Been about 9 months since we were on island.

Captain Don's bbq buffet is still on Monday eve.

La Cantina is a new restaurant downtown. They have
all you can eat ribs on Monday eve. Delicious !!

Don't miss At Sea - it's amazing! Reservations are a must.
It's in the former Donna & Giorgio location along the sea near Divi.

Capt Don's Monday night, Buddy's Friday night. Both were delicious.

You didn't ask, but we had a wonderful meal at Cuba Compagnie in town. Reservations may be necessary.

Marguerite and I returned to At Sea after a long hiatus. WOW..the 5 course Chef's Surprise Menu paired with wine was sublime. It was food heaven.

    At Sea rocks.....just sayin'...
You may have to skip your next mortgage payment but it's well worth it.
Best on Bonaire in our opinion right now.

Thanks all. At Sea looks very nice but traveling with a family it will definitely break the budget. TK

Try Mi Banana if on a budget and you seek casual family oriented dining. We also like Rumba for pizza and nice fish dishes.
