Ingridients at Buddy Dive was new to me on my last trip and was very good. Ate there twice. Great location for a sunset meal. Reservations recommended. Check out their website for the menu, plus they have nightly specials.

Sonia Home is likely new for you (Italian, right at the north roundabout) ... At Sea may be new for you as well (on the street along the sea, near the south end beside Dive Inn) ... both are excellent

We just got back from our first trip to Bonaire and fell in love with the food at La Cantina. Because the menu seemed to be all over the place, i.e. Dominican fried chicken, local goat and beef stew, arepas, chicken wings with tamarind orange glaze, I asked our waiter who was working in the kitchen. He said they had just opened in December 2013 and there were 4 guys doing the cooking: 2 Dutch, 1 Venezuelan, and 1 local. One of them had worked at At Sea before coming to open La Cantina, and the fine dining influence shows. We went back twice and each meal was excellent and quite reasonably priced.

La Cantina is right across the street from El Mondo. Or just to the North
of the Cuban restaurant. It is on the east side of the street.

We ate there in Feb. - Delicious. Think Happy Hour is from 5-6

La Cantina is the newest restaurtant by the owners of At Sea, Rick and Kim.
It is located in the space of the former Appetite restaurant.
