Default Traveling with very youg children...ideas ?

My cousin will be joining us on bonaire in march and he and his wife are brining there 1 yr old and 3 year old... Looking for fun things to keep the short ones occupied and happy.. Already have a donkey park and flamingo lake trip planned... Any other ideas or suggestions ?

    thanks

Take them swimming every day. That is the perfect age for them to get used to the water. Pool would be the best but the ocean would be fun also. Lac Bay is great for young children to wade in the water. Take lots of water toys to the pool or beach and let them have a fun time. Sun screen and hats would be advised for them.

If they are happy and comfortable you can get the 3 year old snorkeling. My son started on Bonaire as a 3 year old and has never stopped ( he's 11 now) but he was taught to swim at a young age in our pool at home. Swimming in the ocean isn't the same but they get the hang of it very quickly!
