    Hi Cecil,

What type of camera do you have? I'm in the market for a new one. I'm looking at a sealife 1200 or 1400 but I'm open to other models. Sealife is all I know about.
    thanks,
    Lori

Lori I use a Olympus T6000 which is a small folded optics waterproof automatic camera. It goes in an underwater housing from Olympus. The below link is close.

This works well for me, I like the small size and being waterproof. For snorkeling or swimming just go with the camera. I also like that if the UW housing leaks the camera will survive, this happen on this last trip, dump the salt water out clean , dry and go on the next dive.

Disadvatages (and a big one) no manual controls which I get around by fooling the camera to get the settings I want.
