    Ron, the Mentor Bar it is one of the best kept secrets on the island. The used to have Italian and Chinese, you know that is a great combination!!! Some of my most MEMORABLE meals on the island came from there during my first trips to the island. Could drive you right to it but, not good with the directions!!! Everyone should experience their cuisine!!!

    I too fell in love with the mentor bar on my very first visit. Their trianlgle shrimp toast is just to die for. Try to get there on buffet night. It's the only one on island that can rival Pachi's

    The "real dutch bakery" can also be accessed by taking Kaya Amsterdam. Just had fresh wheat bread yesterday - delicious. I was so amazed by the bread slicing machine as I have never seen one. I inquired about a birthday cake - chocolate w/chocolate icing - YES they said. I will pick it up April 5.

    You must be kidding about Mentor bar...or quite drunk..buffet night...I have lived up the street from them on Kaya Caibe 20 years ago..please tell me you are joking!!
