Which is actually a side for the good Ol' British Sunday Roast... but I reckon would go well with S&G

Got this off my GF on Camchat last night

this is for 8 Large ones or 24 small puddings

140g of Plain Flour
4 Eggs
200ml of Milk

mix all ingredients together in a bowl, add salt & pepper to suit your flavour.

half fill your cake/pudding cooking tray with sunflower oil,
heat in oven Gas mark 8.
then pour in the mix.

Cook for 20-25 mins until golden brown at the edges.
