Why shouldn't this work in Bonaire, again I know the first step has to be the Sewage treatment works as that seems to be the main source of the problem in Bonaire.

Wow. That could work in the area of all the elkhorn coral rubble in the Candyland area for sure. Think of the possibilities. A perfect direction for Bonaire with its legacy of "greenenss" and the new wind turbines and such.
