    Default video button

Is there going to be a button for adding videos to posts so they can be played in thread rather than going to youtube for example? ?

Lightbulb No Button, but BB Code will do it

Please see this FAQ about the BB code and at the very bottom an example of how to post Youtube Videos in BT2

Well EDDIE you obviously didn't read all of the instructions on that link I posted - did you scroll right down the bottom to view the example??

I can't see the full code of your youtube link in your post so can't test it!!

    but here's one I tried...

actually I can now see the code required within the quote of the preview of this post and have tested it, but will not post it as it does not conform to our TOS

Anyone wishing to use this facility to post Youtube videos PLEASE NOTE:
check the video you are linking to conforms to our TOS i.e. Family friendly - (no profanities/swearing or sexual references) other wise it will be removed

NO!! not like that, please look at the example

it clearly shows that you only have to copy the link detail that appears after the = sign

    NOT the whole URL/link

Hi Eddie Welcome to the New BT

to post the yourtube videos that are family friendly

you do this [youtube] then everything after the = marks in the address [/youtube then you close the brace ] no spaces..

so if the you tube address is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_E2EHVxNAE then s_e2ehvxnae is inserted after the first set of brackets..

go to the bottom of this page http://www.bonairetalk.com/forums/misc.php?do=bbcode for information... reember everything after the = marks go inside the two sets of brackets also remember the / in the second set of brackets
