Well a twist on Fish N Chips
Ingredients for two people
8 Cherry Tomatoes
1 Red Pepper
1 Red Onion
4 Large Mushrooms
4 Sprigs of Rosemary
Chilli infused olive oil
Crinkle Cut Oven Chips
Dark Soy Sauce
Hot Chilli Powder
2 x 250gram Fresh Tuna Steaks
Lo Salt
Chop Red Pepper, Red Onion and Mushroom into small bite size pieces add cherry tomatoes (whole) lay on sprigs of rosemary and drizzle with chilli oil cook for 30 minutes at 200C
Put Crinkle Chips into a plastic bag and add 4 or 5 generous glugs of soy sauce.
Shake well
Add Generous shakes of hot chilli powder and shake well.
cook for 25 minutes at 200C
Tuna pan fry in olive oil the steaks shaking a little Lo salt on them as you cook. For me less than 1 minute on high heat on each side for seared longer if you want it cooked through.
Serve the veggies and pull off the fronds of Rosemary on top, add the chips and Tuna and enjoy.
