What about using RBC for your banking in Canada and the Carribean. Yes they are different entities but you maybe able to get everything done in Canada before arriving in Bonaire.

If you travel to places other than Bonaire I would recommend Know Roaming Sim; if used it in the US, Europe and Caribbean without issue.

Sounds like a CCR dive to me....

Eldorado Outriggers in kinipalli would be your best best and decent shore diving right off its beachfront.

Hilton by the airport is nice plus shuttle. Keep in mind the distance between MIA and FLL is quite close which may influence your travel plans.

That is disappointing to hear about RBC; I've used the ATM in Bonaire without issue to get money out of my Canadian RBC accounts.

RBC is a Canadian bank with exposure in Canada, US and the Caribbean so it might be best suited for your banking needs.
