Can I also suggest Manado on Sulawesi in Indonesia. Not just great diving, we saw manta, pilot whales dolphins and porpoise.

We have used Island Rental for the past 10 years with no problems. The office is just over the road from the airport or they will pick up from hotels and rentals. Always had great service.
