Does anyone know what happened to Serge? He was always so nice to my wife and I, even though we're not divers.

We last went in 2016 just before they closed apparently, and felt it wasn't nearly as good as it was in the past. When we went back in 2017, it had closed, and we frankly, were not surprised.

It was my understanding that since this year is the 50th anniversary of the tags that they would give out the tags in shops only (not online), but that after this year there would be no more plastic...

Just an older GoPro. I set the camera to take video and pull a still frame every 5 seconds. If I don't get a good shot of something, I go back with a program and pull off a still frame myself.
