Non-astronomical Property Prices in Bonaire

Hi,
Does anyone know about non-astronomical prices of Studio apartments to buy in Bonaire? I would appreciate anyone helping me out on this one.

last one I saw that interested me was 1-bedroom studio top floor unit---$100,000 sale I believe early this year and located in Hamlet Oasis.

Units are coming available with some regularity at Sand Dollar these days. I don't know of a studio presently available, but you might ask for more info.

Hi,

Here are the prices two studios sold for recently: Hamlet Oasis studio, $150,000. Sand Dollar Studio: $176,000. Both sold in a matter of days after being listed.
