Normally I'd try to point you at a help file or tutorial that explains this, but I couldn't find one. There are several ways to do it, depending on whether you upload a photo from your computer or if you want to link to a photo that's already uploaded elsewhere on the internet. Bits and pieces of some of the methods are discussed and demonstrated in the "sticky" threads that are permanently "stuck" to the top of the TEST AREA forum here on BT. That's also the ideal forum for for you to experiment and practice uploading photos.

My method seems to be a little different than those previously discussed. Here's how I do it:

1) Start a post (new post or reply to previous.)

2) Switch from Quick Reply posting mode to Advanced mode via button in lower right corner of the new post.

3) Click on the Insert Image button.


4) Click Basic Uploader on the From Computer tab.


5) Click Choose File, select the desired photo on your computer, then click Upload File.


6) After the image file uploads to BT you'll see the thumbnail image in your post.


7) You can change the image size in your post by double-clicking on the thumbnail image, which brings up a dialog box with options. I usually select Large or Full Size.


8) Use the Preview Post button in lower right corner to preview what your post and photos will look like to others. Be aware that's there a maximum limit of 5 attachments per post.

9) Once posted, relax with an ice cold Polar beer.

Awsome dive trip in March

My daughter and I had a awesome dive trip in March. Can't wait for our 2nd trip in 3 weeks.
