I knew you would love it!

This is the best meal I've had in a long time anywhere, not just Bonaire. Great setting and great food. Can't praise them enough. Chefs Han and Mark are completely involved in the hosting, presentation and preparation of the meal. Yes, it's expensive compared to other experiences in Bonaire, but I'm pretty sure you aren't having two chefs cook you a private gourmet meal anywhere else either. It was worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Just went in July. You need reservation but have to go. The meal and presentation was awesome. My wife and I were the only non-Dutch so they gave one description of the course in Dutch then to us in English. Get the wine pairing perfectly matched to each dish.

This post reminded me to email Han for reservations at .

We agree, awesome experience. Caution, it's pricey for Bonaire but excellent tasting meal served at a high counter at Bali Bamboo (sp?) resort. Figure about $300 per couple with wine tasting & a modest gratuity. We dined there there 3 times pre-covid in 2019 & 2020 and again this May. Casual but upscale. Top pick. Not good for children or people with limited mobility. Smokers are asked to smoke away from the other guests. Cocktails' and beers also available but we usually do the wine pairing.

The Chefs continue to be very popular. I requested two reservations for this and next week for 2 & 4 persons and only got one reservation confirmed for just the two of us. Hoping he gets a cancellation to bring our friends.
